  • Aurora Fountain
    The fountain was produced by England’s Royal Doulton Company in around 1870. Water runs down over the colorful ceramic surface, which is illuminated by lamps installed under the water.
  • Chocolate Cup Collection
    Chocolate was a popular drink among aristocrats until around the 18th century. This collection showcases chocolate cups that were treasured in those days.

    This section showcases a number of valuable examples of chocolate packages from bygone days, including commercially available and made-to-order varieties.

  • Shiroi Koibito Cookie Production Line
    A chance for the public to see the Shiroi Koibito cookie production line! Visitors can observe the production processes behind Shiroi Koibito cookies from the tour corridor on the third floor, including the stages of sandwiching chocolate between oven-fresh langue de chat cookies, cooling them, printing best-before dates and packaging them individually.
  • Gramophone Gallery
    The gallery outlines the beginnings of audio culture and highlights the mechanism behind sound production. Visitors can enjoy the aesthetic appeal of gramophones as well as interesting related materials and tunes.

  • Old-style Children’s Toy Box
    A display of classical toys from the Meiji, Taisho and Showa periods (1868 - 1989). The valuable tin toy series in particular is a must-see.
  • Rose Garden
    A wide selection of roses from classic to modern types fills this 480-square-meter compound. The garden enchants visitors with its seasonal roses and other flowers from mid-May to the end of October.
  • Sapporo Mechanical Clock Tower
    The Chocolate Carnival, which begins at the top of every hour, is a parade of jolly singing and dancing mechanical dolls.

    A tastefully designed cafe fitted out with antique furniture from England. Visitors can relax over chocolate drinks in original cups and enjoy Shiroi Koibito parfait.

    This colorful-candy shop offers an opportunity to see candy artisans make a variety of designs by combining differently colored candies.
  • Soft Ice Cream House
    Don’t miss the chance to enjoy soft ice cream in the courtyard while viewing the mechanical clock tower.

    Shiroi Koibito soft-serve ice cream, Shiroi Koibito chocolate drinks and other prized Ishiya sweets are available for takeout.

  • Shiroi Koibito Railway
    A miniature six-car steam train modeled after the Benkei Steam Locomotive runs among the trees of Shiroi Koibito Park. Visitors can enjoy an approximately 10-minute train trip that passes by a pond and through a tunnel. A great ride for all the family!
